VideoTile can work with large businesses, educational establishments and local authorities to design and build bespoke, branded, video-based online training courses and online promotional videos whether for internal use, or externally with clients or suppliers.

Having worked alongside training departments in a range of large organisations, we have developed an intimate knowledge of their online training requirements, processes and practices.

We can work with your existing training content, or help develop new videos using our network of academics, experts and consultants.

Key individuals from your organisation can be embedded within the learning content. For example, your CEO, or the appropriate key director, can appear in real-life situations and business simulations that your people can relate to.

In addition to using our services to deliver internal training, we can help you publish your training content to a wider audience, via our extensive network of distribution partners.

Once we have created a bespoke course specially for your business, we provide all the support you need. We can host it, we can provide a Learning Management System and can teach you how to use it. as well as being there to answer questions as you progress.

If your online training needs to change – for example, if a Covid situation develops, and you want to add a module about hygiene – we can update the course at any time.

Our close relationships with approval and accreditation organisations means your bespoke courses, delivered purely online via your own web domain or as a blended solution, can lead to them being used to gain a range of well-known qualifications.

VideoTile specialist, online video production methods ensure extremely fast, high-quality streaming. The combination of the presenter, animations and the quiz-style questions keeps learners interested and stimulated.

Both our in house-created content and Learning Management System are constructed to provide a set of multiple-choice questions after each module.

When a candidate successfully completes a course, they will receive a system-generated certificate. Training managers use our video training software to keep records and track learner progress.

From its base in Barnham, Sussex, SME Advisor provides a range of HR and Health and Safety consultancy services to small-to-medium-sized businesses, across a variety of sectors. TSS Facilities Ltd is a facilities management company based in Hove, Sussex. The company has been trading for 47 years and covers four main disciplines - commercial heating, electrical, air conditioning and legionella. TSS Facilities holds maintenance contracts with universities, schools, hotels and local authorities.

‘Before we started using VideoTile,’ says Water Treatment Director, Steve Tugwell, ‘we offered classroom-based training which was only suitable for large groups. But, now, training is available as a mix of classroom training and VideoTile courses for everyone - right down to single people at separate or remote sites. Typically, we train premises managers, people in charge of office blocks, caretakers, and client staff who handle maintenance and need to be aware of other issues that could affect their role.’

The company also uses classroom training and VideoTile e-learning courses to explain large complex reports, such as Legionella risk assessments.
